"God showed me something small, no bigger than a hazelnut, lying in the palm of my hand… and it was round as a ball. I looked at it with the eye of my understanding and thought: 'What can this be?' And it was generally answered thus: 'It is all that was made.' It was so small I thought it might disappear, but I was answered... everything has being through the love of God." --Julian of Norwich

About Laura

My name is Laura.

I'm a Reader. Writer. Student. Wife. Mother. Tea drinker.

Recently graduated from Regent College, Vancouver, and happily settled into a good rhythm of work: mothering, serving in church and writing.  I'm currently at work on my first book, tentatively titled Attend.  It's about how weary souls can connect with God through everyday actions, in just ten minutes a day!

This blog is a place for me to record my passionate, sometimes disorganized ideas about the intersection of faith and plain old everyday life.  Enjoy the adventure!
